For daily operating concrete pump truck, what attention that we should pay to so that can ensure using the concrete pump truck safe and longthen the service life of concrete boom pump? Let’s see the tips as follows: 1. The concrete pump truck should be parked on a flat and solid place. The bottom of the outrigger should be stabilized by a skid support, and there should be no obstacles within the rotation range of the boom. It is strictly forbidden to work under high voltage transmission lines.2. Check before operation to confirm safety. (1) The stirring mechanism works normally, and the transmission mechanism should act accurately; (2) The cracks, damage, deformation and wear of the conveying pipe should be within the specified range; (3) The pipe connection should be well sealed; (4) The hopper screen is in good condition; (5) The hydraulic system should work normally; (6) Instruments and signal indicators are complete and intact, various and dynamic valves are flexible and reliable in positioning.

3. It is strictly forbidden to connect long conveying pipes and hoses during operation. The hose must not be dragged on the ground.

4. The boom should be opened in strict order during the operation. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the wind is greater than level 6 (including level 6).

5. It is strictly forbidden to use the boom as a lifting tool.

6. During the pumping operation, the operator should pay attention to observe the construction work area and the working status of the equipment. No one should stay within the working range of the boom.7. It is strictly forbidden to pull the hydraulic outrigger control valve during operation. If it is found that the car body is inclined or other abnormal phenomena, the operation should be stopped immediately, the boom should be retracted for inspection, and the operation should be continued after the fault is eliminated.

9. When removing the blockage of the pipeline, the surrounding personnel should be evacuated. Before dismantling management and cleaning, a back-pumping method should be adopted to eliminate the pressure in the conveying pipeline. When dismantling, it is strictly forbidden to face people.10. Do not remove the hopper grille and other installation devices during operation. Do not climb and ride on the delivery pipeline, and do not stretch the handle into the valve body. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the pipeline when pumping.

11. When cleaning the pipeline, the operator should leave the outlet of the pipeline and the elbow joint. If the pipeline is cleaned with compressed air, there shall be no personnel and equipment within 10m of the pipeline outlet.
