The inspection of concrete pumps is usually different depending on the components, and the inspection cycle varies. In general, like some easily damaged parts, the inspection cycle will be shorter. In some fixed areas, the inspection cycle is longer. Specifically, the inspection cycle for the main components of the concrete pump is as follows:

1, Daily inspection

Daily inspection includes external injury deformation, loose exposed parts, changes in operation and performance, leakage oil, hose damage, lubrication point lack of grease, driving unsafe factors.

2, Monthly inspection

After pumping 2000 cubic meters of concrete or every month should be done the following checks, such as spool damage, pipe wear, hydraulic oil reduction, lubrication point forced lubrication, car part routine maintenance and so on.

3, Half-year inspection

If pumping concrete 12,000 cubic meters or half a year time should do the following checks, such as spool shell, conveyor cylinder damage, electrical components, hydraulic oil deterioration, arm frame damage and car part of the routine overhaul.

4, Annual inspection

If the pumping concrete reaches 24,000 cubic meters or a year can be done the following checks, such as mixing device, stirring oil motor, swing oil motor, water pump, oil pump, replacement hydraulic oil, etc. need to be checked.
