1. When sprayers enter the construction site, they must wear safety helmets, dust masks, gloves and other labor protection supplies.

2. After entering the construction site, first observe whether the operating rock surface is stable, whether there are dangerous stones, whether the steel mesh is solid, and whether the welding with the anchor rod is reliable.

3. Check whether the injection pipe and the accelerator tube are intact, unobstructed, and whether the joints are firm.

4. When the nozzle is not controlled, the air supply instruction shall not be issued.

5. Under no circumstances should the nozzles be pointed at people, machines, equipment and electrical appliances, so as to avoid causing personal injury and property damage.

6. Apply high-pressure wind to blow the rock surface before spraying to clean the rock surface and remove dangerous stones.

7. In the process of spraying, if it is necessary to increase or decrease the amount of wind and the amount of accelerator, the operator of the jet should be notified in time, and the accurate language and the gestures agreed in advance by the two parties or other methods should be used together to avoid misunderstanding. .

8. When the spray pipe is blocked during spraying, it should be handled in time. When processing, the high-pressure air should be turned off and the nozzles should be controlled to prevent the residual air from dredging the spray pipe, the concrete shot or the spray pipe from swinging, causing casualties and property damage When opening the quick connector, it should be slow and cannot be loosened at one time, to avoid injury from the remaining gas.

9. The clogging agent pipeline should be promptly dealt with when it is blocked. When processing, the high-pressure air should be turned off first. The direction of the leakage of the accelerating agent should not be directed at people. The spray of coagulant hurts people.

10. In the spraying gap, the high-pressure air should be turned off, and the nozzle should be pointed down to the ground to prevent the concrete slurry from blocking the accelerator tube.

11. When stopping the spraying, use high pressure air to blow the spraying tube and the accelerator tube. If the interval between two sprays exceeds 30 minutes, wash the spraying tube and the accelerator tube with water.
