The concrete line pump is a very high-use machine. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and not to erroneous construction, the operator is required to perform inspection and maintenance before and during construction. Let's take a look at how to maintain concrete pumps.

1. Fill up with grease, add 2/3 water and 1/3 hydraulic oil or engine oil to the water tank.

2. Check the oil level and oil quality of the hydraulic oil. The oil quality should be pale yellow and transparent, without emulsification or turbidity, otherwise it should be replaced.

3. Check whether the reversing of the distribution valve and the forward and reverse rotation of the mixing device are operating normally.

4. Check that the gap between the cutting ring and the eyeglass plate is normal (the maximum gap is two millimeters).

5. Check the hydraulic system for oil leakage and oil leakage.

6, check all threaded connections to ensure that the connection is firm.

7. Check the working condition of the lubricating system. You should see that the progressive distributor's indicating rod moves back and forth, and the lubrication points such as the bearing position of the S-tube swing arm and the bearing position of the stirring shaft have lubricant overflow. Manual shift points should be filled with grease for each shift.
