I. Classification according to displacement (cubic / hour):

 15 cubic, 20 cubic, 60 cubic, 80 cubic, 85 cubic, 95 cubic, 105 cubic ...

When selecting the displacement, we must first consider whether it is a commercial product or on-site mixing. For on-site mixing, we must consider the amount of feed per unit time of the mixer and the distance of the pumping distance.

2. Classification by power (kw) According to power: 37kw (currently the smallest standard concrete pump in China, below 37kw is a fine stone mortar pump), 45kw, 55kw, 75kw, 90kw, 110kw, 130kw (Diesel), 132 kW, 162 kW (diesel), 174 kW (diesel) ...

When choosing a large motor pump, the transformer capacity must be considered first, and the distance to the pump and the diameter of the cable must be considered, so as to avoid excessive current drop or trip due to excessive voltage drop. Increased cost and inconvenience caused by excessive power. The motor is too small and cannot meet the needs of the project.

Classification by power

Concrete pumps can be divided into motor power and diesel power according to their power. In the normal power supply area and construction site, the motor power is better when it is fixed for a long time, because the use cost is low, the diesel engine power is strong, and it is not affected by the power supply, but the use cost is slightly higher than the motor pump .

Classification by outlet pressure (MPa) According to outlet pressure: 4.6Mpa, 6.7Mpa, 8.1Mpa, 13Mpa, 16Mpa, 18Mpa, 20Mpa, 22Mpa ...

The outlet pressure (ie pressure) is a sign that determines the pumping distance. Generally, the customer will explain what project requires vertical height and horizontal pumping distance. Some businesses often report theoretical parameters that make it difficult for customers to understand and accept. Under normal circumstances, the actual pumping (suitable for pumping 砼), vertical height = outlet pressure (Mpa) × 10, that is: for example, 13Mpa 砼 pump, normal guarantee 130 meters vertical, 130 meters horizontal distance 3 = 390 meters. Of course, as a mechanical product, there is its limit stock, which is an increase of 50%, the maximum vertical height is 130 meters + (130 meters × 50%) = 195 meters; the horizontal is: 390 meters + (390 meters × 50%) = 585 meters. At the same time, the distance is also affected by factors such as concrete and the tightness of the pipeline.

V. Classification by suction method (mainstream: S valve and gate valve)

The S-valve pump is the first choice for high-pressure pumping due to its long pumping distance and high head. Its advantages are: 1> long pumping distance (more than 80 meters vertical, more than 300 meters horizontal); 2> after pumping, the pipeline is easy to clean. Its disadvantages are: 1> strict requirements on aggregate (preferably commercial); 2> excessive motor cost is high, a small number of construction sites are difficult to meet the power supply or the concrete pump needs to consider the voltage drop when the transformer is far away from the transformer. Due to the difference between the structure and the S valve, the gate valve is generally a low-pressure pump. Its advantages are: 1> the suction is more direct, the on-site mixing of coarse aggregate is stronger than S valve; 2> the motor is smaller than the S valve pump. Its disadvantages are: 1> pipe washing is not as convenient as S valve; 2> pumping distance is best controlled within 80 meters vertical or 300 meters horizontal. All in all, the type of pump you choose is based on your engineering situation and related factors. I believe that this will definitely choose the product you are satisfied with.
